Within Nassau County, among individuals aged 15 years and older with income, there were 500.98 thousand men and 497.50 thousand women in the workforce. Among them, 298.10 thousand men were engaged in full-time, year-round employment, while 229,842 women were in full-time, year-round roles.
Analyzing the percentage of full-time, year-round workers to the total workforce reveals that among men, the proportion of full-time employment was 59.50%, whereas among women, the ratio was 46.20%.
